Chief Restructuring Officer and Business Rescue Practitioner Appointments:

Our preferred initial approach, where appropriate, is through the Chief Restructuring Officer and board-level advisory appointments. In these roles, we work alongside boards, chief executives, and leadership teams to provide C-level restructuring leadership, drive operational and financial improvement, strengthen internal systems, and support accelerated execution. A key part of our approach is transferring knowledge and capabilities to existing management teams, creating a foundation for lasting success.
When formal rehabilitation is required, we act in the business rescue practitioner role and lead the full rescue process, including financial and operational assessments, development of the business rescue plan, stakeholder engagement, oversight of implementation, and exit planning.
